Manndola is nothing but a bunch of frauds. Seriously, don’t put your trust in them. They lack any sense of ethics, and all they care about is ripping off customers. I received an item that looks nothing like what was shown on their site. When I raised my concerns, they told me to return it. Now, they’re denying it’s a counterfeit and are trying to swindle me out of ₹5000 that I spent. Their team members, Nirali and Gauri, are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They’ve got both my product and my cash, and they won’t even consider an exchange. They ignore my calls and have even blocked me on WhatsApp. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Stay alert!

I placed an order for an outfit on Manndola, but it turned out to be sold out. Nirali, one of the staff members, reached out to me to clarify what was going on. She then went above and beyond to find me a replacement outfit. I really appreciate her help and I'm looking forward to getting my new outfit soon. Last April, I bought three lenghe from Manndola, and let me tell ya, the quality was just fantastic! I had never shopped on this site before, but the service blew me away. Fast forward to this year, on the 19th of April, I ordered four more lenghe, and I couldn't be happier. They arrived today, and considering I’m in the UK, getting them from India in just 8 days is pretty awesome.
